How It Works

I set up a station at your event and photograph anyone wanting a watercolor portrait.

I will paint one-of-a-kind watercolor portraits of your guests. It takes 5-7 minutes to paint one guest.

Each package includes several in-studio portraits if I cannot complete every portrait at the wedding. If you’d like additional guests to have their portraits painted, you can add post-wedding portraits for $25 per portrait.

1. Photo Submission Option

Skip the live event and still capture every guest!

  • Have someone at your wedding take photos and email them to me.

  • I’ll paint each guest in my studio and mail them to you.

  • Cost: $15 per person in the photos you choose to send.

  • Example: 50 guests = $750

2. The Portrait Bar

A fun, interactive way for guests to get their portraits painted!

  • You pay a one-time setup fee to bring live painting to your event.

  • Guests can decide if they’d like a portrait and pay individually.

  • Perfect for receptions, cocktail hours, and weddings with many guests!

FAQ’s

  • Each package includes a number of “in-studio” portraits. If your guest count exceeds the number of portraits I am able to paint at your wedding, I will finish them in my studio and ship to the bride.

    • I do not paint faces but do include details like facial hair and jewelry

    • I can fit a maximum of 3 people in a portrait.

    • Only one copy of each portrait

    • Each guest can only appear in one portrait. (no duplicates)

  • They are painted on 5x7” high-quality watercolor paper

  • Yes! I’m based in Oregon but will travel anywhere. All travel within 1 hour of Bend, Oregon does not require travel fees. Additional travel costs such as flights, hotel, gas, etc. will be added to your quote.

  • Once the contract is signed you will receive an invoice from me for the total cost. To secure your date 40% of the total cost and any travel fees will be due. The remaining 60% of the total cost is due one month before your wedding.

  • I need one 6-ft table, a chair, and ample lighting. I will bring all necessary signage and art supplies!
